In 2019, Clessidra promoted a diversification strategy aimed at expanding the company’s activities historically focused on private equity. Clessidra Group is today one of the main financial players in Italy, with operations encompassing alternative investments, asset management and factoring through a diversified products and services offer for institutional investors and Italian medium-sized companies. Each company has its own operational independence.
Clessidra Holding S.p.A. is the holding company of Gruppo Finanziario Clessidra. Clessidra Holding exercises management and coordination activities on the Group companies and provides them a supporting role in Operations, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering activities, while coordinating the Group controlling functions.
