Carlo Antonio Rubini joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR in 2022 as an Associate. Previously, Carlo worked for 3 years at J.P. Morgan in London in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team and subsequently Financial Sponsor with the role of Analyst.
In Clessidra, he covered the transactions of Argea (in portfolio) and L&S (sold), where he actively contributed to their organic and inorganic growth, including through various add-ons. During his time at J.P. Morgan he participated in various M&A, Leveraged Finance and ECM mandates with a focus on the Consumer & Retail sector serving major European strategic and financial clients.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Master’s degree in Finance, both cum laude, from Bocconi University in Milan.
