Giulio Torregrossa is a Managing Director of Clessidra Private Equity. After joining the team in 2011 as an associate, he undertook his own career path until his current position. For Clessidra he worked on various transactions across several different industries, including Camfin-Pirelli, Buccellati, Harmont & Blaine, Acetum and Argea.
He currently serves as a director for Argea, Casa Vinicola Botter, Mondodelvino and Zaccagnini.
Before joining Clessidra, Giulio worked in London at Merrill Lynch & Co., in the European Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Private Equity teams. In this period, Giulio had the opportunity to work on various Italian and international M&A transactions on private and listed companies of the European market.
He obtained a bachelor with honors in Law and Business Administration and a master’s degree in Finance from the Bocconi University. He carried out part of his studies as a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California in the USA and the University of New South Wales in Australia.
