Lorenzo Cascione joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR in 2021 as an Associate.
Prior to Clessidra he had been working for 1 year at Deutsche Bank (Vice President within the Italian Investment Banking team) and for 6 years at Houlihan Lokey (as Analyst and Associate within the Italian M&A & Debt Restructuring team).
In Clessidra he was involved in the completion of the deal Impresoft, while in his previous experience he advised primary European and Italian clients within M&A, capital markets, leveraged finance and debt restructuring transactions across several sectors.
Lorenzo earned a Bachelor degree cum laude with a concentration in Economics and Finance from La Sapienza University and MSc Finance with merit from Warwick Business School.
