Mario FeraBoard Member
Mario is the CEO of Clessidra Capital Credit, responsible for the Investment Team of the Clessidra Restructuring Fund and, since November 2020, a Board Member of Clessidra Factoring. Mario served as CEO of Clessidra SGR from 2016 to 2021.
Previously, he worked at Italmobiliare from 2009 and, from 2010, supported the CEO in managing all major business development initiatives of the Group, including the origination and exit of the Italcementi group to HeidelbergCement. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in Investment Banking abroad. He worked at UBS Investment Bank in London as an Executive Director in the M&A Team, and previously at HSBC Bank and Lazard.
