The Investment Committee is made up of five Clessidra Private Equity professionals, all based in Milan. This structure allows for effective and timely decision making.<\/p>\n<p>To support the Board of Directors and the corporate bodies, Clessidra Private Equity has adopted a governance model made up of control functions that oversee fundamental issues such as conflicts of interest, anti-money laundering, compliance, risk management, ESG and internal audit.<\/p>\n<p>The supervisory body is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Organizational Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/01.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row
