{"id":4849,"date":"2024-11-19T10:45:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T09:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clessidragroup.it\/?p=4849"},"modified":"2025-06-16T14:30:28","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T12:30:28","slug":"prosegue-la-crescita-nei-primi-9-mesi-del-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clessidragroup.it\/en\/prosegue-la-crescita-nei-primi-9-mesi-del-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Growth Continues in the First Nine Months of 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Milan, 19 November 2024<\/em>. <strong>Clessidra Factoring<\/strong>, a leading financial operator specialised in supporting SMEs, also in case of turnaround, and controlled by the Clessidra Financial Group, approved the results for the first nine months of 2024, posting a <strong>turnover of \u20ac646.5 million<\/strong>, up 39% compared to the same period of the previous year, receivables totalling \u20ac215.0 million (+26%) and <strong>loans to clients amounting to \u20ac190.9 million<\/strong>, up 30%. All the main KPIs are above the Industrial Plan\u2019s targets.<br>Operating clients numbered 249 and debtors with total receivables managed at 30 September were 1,597.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u201cIn its four years in operation, the Company has achieved <strong>excellent results<\/strong> thanks to its outstanding, closely-knit team,\u201d stated <strong>Gabriele Piccini, CEO, Clessidra Factoring<\/strong>. \u201cIn the third quarter of 2024 in particular, we <strong>managed higher-than-expected volumes<\/strong>, generated through constantly increasing commercial opportunities, above all within the Special Situations segment. We continue to focus on the <strong>profitability of transactions and on credit risk<\/strong>, which remain at excellent levels.\u201d<br>Margins also proved positive, with <strong>net banking income<\/strong> at <strong>\u20ac12.4 million<\/strong>, up 46% compared to the previous year \u2014 a particularly significant result considering that its growth was more than proportional compared to volumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In the first nine months, net <strong>value adjustments<\/strong> on receivables were <strong>\u20ac698 thousand<\/strong>, whereas operating expenses amounted to <strong>\u20ac7.0 million<\/strong>, up +41% compared to the same period of 2023, in line with expectations. In light of these operating results, profit before taxation stood at \u20ac4.7 million, whereas<strong> net profit amounted to \u20ac3.0 million<\/strong>, increasing by 52% compared to the same period of the previous year. Against the figures at 30 September 2024, annualised <strong>ROE was 18.4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>credit portfolio confirmed its good quality<\/strong>: bad loans and unlikely-to-pay positions are carefully monitored, accounting for 2.1% of net loans and with an increase in hedges. <strong>Total Capital Ratio<\/strong> at 30 September 2024 was <strong>11.9%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn light of the market feedback in the first nine months of the year, we are proud of what we are achieving,\u201d added <strong>Keoma Garbillo, General Manager, Clessidra Factoring<\/strong>. \u201cThe Company is meeting with <strong>great appreciation thanks to its operating approach<\/strong> in the most complex business contexts, where responsiveness and personalised transactions are two distinctive elements of excellence.
