Entrepreneur <strong>Massimiliano Paglione will retain a 30% shareholding<\/strong>, reinvesting alongside Clessidra to support the company\u2019s new phase of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 1976 in <strong>Badia Polesine (Rovigo), Errebi Technology<\/strong> is internationally recognized for the technical excellence of its molds and cylinders, critical components in forming and cutting processes for the food industry, mainly baked goods, and the pet food sector, as well as for its production approach focused on innovation and engineering quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company, which today generates <strong>revenue of approximately \u20ac15 million, more than 75% of which is generated abroad<\/strong>, is a partner to the <strong>most important international producers in the food sector<\/strong>, combining well-established manufacturing capabilities with distinctive technical know-how in the design of high-precision custom solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The acquisition of a majority stake<\/strong> in Errebi Technology falls within the <strong>strategy of Clessidra Capital Partners Green Harvest<\/strong>, the fund dedicated to <strong>Italian SMEs in the agrifood sector<\/strong>, which aims to support the <strong>development of sustainable and competitive business models along the entire supply chain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWith the acquisition of Errebi Technology, we further strengthen Green Harvest\u2019s strategy along the entire agrifood value chain, broadening its scope to <strong>include technology players that make a decisive contribution to the sector\u2019s production excellence<\/strong>,\u201d commented <strong>Andrea Ottaviano<\/strong>, CEO of Clessidra Private Equity SGR. \u201cErrebi represents an important piece of this vision: <strong>an Italian engineering excellence<\/strong> that, with its precision technology, <strong>enables the quality and efficiency<\/strong> of its clients\u2019 production processes worldwide.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cErrebi stands out for its <strong>rare technical know-how<\/strong> in the precision molds and cylinders sector, built over almost <strong>fifty years of activity<\/strong> and recognized by leading international food groups,\u201d added <strong>Emanuele Cuccio, Managing Director of Clessidra PE<\/strong>, who led the transaction. \u201cWith our investment, we intend to <strong>accelerate Errebi\u2019s growth, including through external lines, by strengthening production capacity, expanding its technological offering and further developing its international presence, <\/strong>building on an already solid and highly specialized industrial model.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSeeing Errebi become part of the portfolio of an investor like Clessidra is a great satisfaction for me and a recognition of the value built over these years,\u201d continued <strong>Massimiliano Paglione<\/strong>, entrepreneur of Errebi Technology. \u201cI chose to reinvest because I share <strong>the growth vision<\/strong> and I am confident that this new chapter will <strong>fully enhance the work done so far and the company\u2019s growth prospects<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Clessidra team, led by Managing Director <strong>Emanuele Cuccio<\/strong>, included <strong>Veronica Tognoli<\/strong>, Vice President, and <strong>Niccol\u00f2 Battisti<\/strong>, Analyst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the transaction, Clessidra was advised by Androschin &amp; Co for business due diligence, Ughi e Nunziante for legal aspects with a team composed of partners Filippo Siano, Amon Airoldi and Gianluigi Pugliese and senior associate Deniz Kivage, Studio MNLex for corporate law matters, CASE CASSIOPEA for debt advisory, KPMG for financial matters, Efeso for operational due diligence, Studio Facchini Rossi Michelutti for tax matters with a team composed of Partner Giancarlo Pecorella, Senior Associate Armando Tardini and Associate Massimiliano De Pasquale, ERM for ESG, and Marsh for insurance advisory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Massimiliano Paglione was advised by Luca Moscardo e Associati as M&amp;A advisor, Pavia e Ansaldo with a team composed of partner Giuseppe Besozzi, counsel Erica Lepore and trainee Roberta Rotunno, and lawyers Guido Sola and Anselmo Sovieni for legal aspects, Studio Paio e Massarenti Commercialisti e Revisori for tax matters, and Studio Allegro Consulenti del Lavoro e Avvocati for labor law matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction was financed by a pool of banks consisting of Banca Ifis S.p.A. (which also acted as Agent Bank), Cassa Centrale Banca \u2013 Credito Cooperativo Italiano S.p.A. and Banca Prealpi SanBiagio.
