Luca Marson joined Clessidra Capital Credit SGR SPA in 2019 as an Investment Director. He is currently a Director on the Boards of Iscom.
Previously, Luca worked for 11 years at Rothschild & CO in the debt advisory & restructuring team.
Over the years, Luca has gained significant experience in the field of extraordinary finance operations with roles of increasing responsibility in the main restructuring, distress M&A and leveraged finance transactions for primary Italian and European clients in various sectors.
Luca holds a Bachelor in Finance at Bocconi University .
