Clessidra Holding exercises management and coordination activities over the Group’s companies, while respecting the decision-making autonomy of each individual company. It also plays a supportive role for the Group companies in Investor Relations, Operations, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
As the parent company, Clessidra Holding has adopted a governance model consisting of control functions that oversee fundamental issues including ESG, conflicts of interest, and internal audit.
