Gabriele Gagliolo joined Clessidra Holding SpA in 2022 as Head of Legal&Corporate Affairs Group, after having worked for five years as a Corporate Legal Counsel at Cerved Group S.p.A. where he gathered a significant expertise in corporate governance, corporate secretarial services and M&A.
Previously, he worked as Senior Associate with a primary law firm operating in corporate law and M&A transactions, where he assisted several leading companies in the services and luxury business, also with secondment activities.
Gabriele graduated in Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, holds a Master’s in Corporate law and is admitted to the Italian Bar.
