Clessidra Private Equity has defined a governance structure that guarantees its independence during all phases of the investment and portfolio management process.

The Board of Directors includes five members, including three members of the Investment Committee.

Investment and disinvestment decisions are taken by the Investment Committee, which recommends the operations to the Board of Directors for approval. The Investment Committee is made up of five Clessidra Private Equity professionals, all based in Milan. This structure allows for effective and timely decision making.

To support the Board of Directors and the corporate bodies, Clessidra Private Equity has adopted a governance model made up of control functions that oversee fundamental issues such as conflicts of interest, anti-money laundering, compliance, risk management, ESG and internal audit.

The supervisory body is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Organizational Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
