Paola Mignani joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR S.p.A. (previously Clessidra SGR S.p.A.) in 2019 as an independent member of the Board of Directors. She is a Certified Public Accountant (since 1990) and Legal Auditor (registered since 1991), with experience in technical consultations (in criminal proceedings, civil proceedings, and arbitrations), company and branch valuations, opinions on the application of Italian accounting principles and IAS/IFRS, corporate restructuring, and advisory activities in extraordinary transactions.
In the past, she has also gained experience in the restructuring and liquidation of companies and in the field of bankruptcy proceedings, serving as a bankruptcy trustee, court-appointed commissioner, and asset liquidator.
Since 1990, she has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors (including as chairman) and the Board of Directors of various companies, including companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (currently, Dè Longhi S.p.A. and Cairo Communication S.p.A.). Since 1995, she has been registered in the Register of Court Experts and appointed as an expert to express valuations of companies and branches.
From 1989 to 1998, she was a lecturer in the basic course in Business Economics (as a scholarship holder, then as a contract professor) at the Luigi Bocconi University. Paolo Mignani holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
