Paola Bruno joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR in 2023 as an independent member of the Board of Directors. She is currently CEO and Managing Director of Augmented Finance Ltd. She serves as a non-executive director and chair/member of committees in several listed and unlisted companies, both in Italy and abroad.
Previously, Dr. Bruno held the position of Finance General Manager at A.B.M. SpA, CFO & Manager-Investor Relations at PMS SpA, Chief Managing Partner at Geneva Equities Europe LLC, and CFO in subsidiary companies, among others, Relationship Manager-Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch International, Relationship Manager at WestLB AG (Milan), Associate-Capital Finance at UBS Ltd., Director-Corporate Development & M&A presso Banca Italease SpA and Head-Investors Relations at Banco Popolare Società Cooperativa SCRL.
She holds a degree from La Sapienza University in Rome and an Executive Master’s from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
