Ilaria LazzarottoInternal Audit
Ilaria joined Clessidra Holding SpA in October 2024 and serves as the Head of the Internal Audit Function since January 2025.
Previously, she held roles within the Internal Audit functions of Italmobiliare SpA and Anima Holding SpA, in addition to accumulating over a decade of experience in providing consultancy services to the financial sector as a Manager at Protiviti Srl. She began her professional career at the auditing firm PWC. Ilaria has also obtained the certification of Quality Assurance Validator (“QAV”) issued by the Italian Association of Internal Auditors.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Administration, Finance, and Control from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan.
