Veronica Tognoli joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR S.p.A. in 2025 as Vice President within the CCP Green Harvest fund.
Previously, Veronica worked in the investment team at Equinox in the role of Director, following an experience at OC&C, where she focused on strategic consulting and commercial due diligence.
Veronica began her professional career at EFESO Consulting as a Senior Consultant.
During her time at Equinox, Veronica was involved in the deals of Salpa, Clas, Gruppo Pedemonte, and Manifattura Valcismon.
Additionally, Veronica has gained solid experience in M&A with a focus on the food & consumer goods, fashion & luxury, and industrial sectors.
Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
