Niccolò Battisti joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR in 2025 as an Analyst.
Previously, Niccolò worked in Private Equity and M&A within the investment team at Bregal Unternehmerkapital, the Mid Corporate & Financial Sponsors M&A team at Mediobanca, and the M&A team at KPMG.
At Bregal Unternehmerkapital, he gained experience across the software, consumer, industrial, business services, and healthcare sectors. He also contributed to M&A mandates for leading Italian and European clients across various industries.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance with honors from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, completing an exchange program at HEC Paris.
