Laura joined the Clessidra Group in June 2025 as Head of Internal Audit. She has over twenty years of experience in the financial and banking sector and a strong background in audit, compliance, and corporate governance.
She has worked for leading organisations such as EY, Sara Assicurazioni and the international TMF Group, where she was the managing director of the Italian entity specialising in consulting and outsourcing services for control functions. She has also held direct roles as head of control functions for asset management companies (SGRs), investment firms (SIMs) and other regulated intermediaries.
Laura holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Florence and has completed specialisations in Administration and Control at LUISS Business School in Rome and in Stock Exchanges, Securities, and Regulated Markets at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
