Alveo Group (formerly PA Group) operates in the field of IT system integration for SMEs and focusing mainly on ICT solutions (ERP’s CRM’s), system integration, security, cloud and datacenter. The Group operates via five different and independent business units – “Microsoft”, “SAP”, “Finance”, “E-Gov”, and “Software Development” – and designs, proposes, and implements technologies to enhance and streamline corporate and business processes.
Clessidra Private Debt Fund supported the acquisition of Alveo as a shareholder and lender. The investment aims to support the Group in its expansion plan, aiming to accelerate the development of the company's business activities including through M&A transactions.
