Afra has been a Board Member of Clessidra Capital Credit SGR since 2022. She is a Partner at Bird & Bird (Milan). Specializing in civil, commercial, and corporate law, she has assisted numerous Italian and foreign companies in corporate, M&A, and commercial matters. She graduated in Law from the University of Milan and passed the Bar Exam in 2007.
