Andong ZhouRisk Management Specialist
Andong Zhou joined Clessidra Factoring S.p.A. in 2024 as Risk Manager.
Previously, he worked as Senior Auditor within the Credit Risk Audit Department of Banco BPM S.p.A. for three years. Before joining Banco BPM S.p.A., he worked for four years as Senior Consultant for Deloitte Risk Advisory.
Throughout his career, Andong participated in different projects within the AIRB and IFRS 9 model development and validation. He also gained experience in in the context of ICAAP, Risk Appetite Framework and ESG policies.
Andong earned a Bachelor in Economics and Management and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Padova.
