She comes from Mediobanca, where she worked for 15 years within the Lending & Structured Finance team, holding roles of increasing seniority, and, most recently, as an Executive Director responsible for the team dealing with structuring, execution, and management of the loan book in leveraged financing operations. Previously, she worked in Paris at Access Capital Partners.
