Raffaella Bordogna joined Clessidra in March 2024 as ESG & Sustainability Manager.
In her career, she has gained over 15 years of experience in managing ESG issues, having held several positions with increasing responsibility at Eni. The activities included: ESG reporting, strategic planning for energy transition, risk management and sustainability communication to investors. As Head of Sustainability Innovation Programs & Cooperation Affairs, she negotiated over 30 public-private partnership agreements with UN organizations (UNDP, UNIDO, FAO, USAID) and development banks (World Bank ) raising over €15 million to leverage in development cooperation projects.
Previously, in Eni Enrico Mattei Foundation she was involved in scouting new opportunities for the offset of climate-related emissions and in engineering companies she was part of the design team for hydroelectric plants.
