Rebecca Cristofoletti joined Clessidra Factoring in 2023 as an HR Generalist.
Previously, Rebecca worked for 2 years at BIP in the People Caring & Culture team as a People Experience Specialist, and before that, for 3 years at Deloitte in the Administration team as an HR Administration professional.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology and subsequently her master’s degree in Training and Human Resource Development at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
