Roberta Rubini joined Clessidra Holding S.p.A. in 2021 as an HR & Organization.
Previously, she worked for a Corporate Company – for exemple Alcon, a Novartis Company, Rexam Beverage Can Italia Srl, Tally Weijl Italia Srl, Humangest Holding SGB as an HR Generalist.
Since 2015 Roberta worked in EY in a Employee Relations department, and subsequently, in 2017 in Deloitte in a HR Operations Department.
She graduated from Aldo Moro University in Bari, with a degree in Political Sciences, and has got a Master’s degree in HR, at the ISTUD Business School & Catholic University in Milan.
