BFF / Depobank
BFF is a leader in Italy in the management and pro-soluto factoring of credits towards Public Administrations. Since 2017, BFF has been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. In March 2021, the company finalized the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Depobank.
Depobank was established in 2018 from a carve-out of the Nexi group's regulated activities of deposit banking and payment services. The spin-off led to the creation of the leading independent operator in Italy in the securities services and banking payment services businesses, with over 400 clients including investment funds, banks, payment and monetization institutions, large corporates, and Public Administrations, with assets under management for the deposit banking activity exceeding €70 billion.
