Investment thesis

Clessidra Private Equity supported the company by introducing new managerial resources to support/lead the existing team, significant growth through the opening of new DOS (New York, Miami, Chicago, Capri, Paris, Venice, Lugano) Galerie La Fayette and Harrods), the launch of new collections, and the reorganization of the company's backbone with improvements to IT systems and management reporting.
